“Our educational backgrounds are in finance (Erin) and engineering & sales (Stephan). We both attended a 4-year university at UW-Madison, pursued academics and extracurriculars at a high level (Erin as a D1 track athlete) and excelled in our corporate careers, but we quickly realized that simply trading time for money while stockpiling our 401K was not going to allow us to maximize our time, talent, and abilities in the short time on Earth God has given us. What began as a way to create some extra income years ago has turned into a life calling to pay it forward and impact others the same way we’ve had mentors pour into us over the years.

Our main focus now is on paying it forward and empowering individuals, couples, and families to maximize their potential. Our passion is paying it forward in the areas of relationships, self-awareness, finances, entrepreneurship, faith, and health.

Our favorite definition of success is from John Maxwell: Knowing your purpose in life, growing to reach your maximum potential, and sowing seeds that benefit others. And on a personal level (you don’t need to share our beliefs), we believe in stewarding what we’ve been given for the purpose of building God’s Kingdom. We’d love to hear your story.
