“Our educational backgrounds are in finance (Erin) and engineering & sales (Stephan). We both attended a 4-year university at UW-Madison, pursued academics and extracurriculars at a high level (Erin as a D1 track athlete) and excelled in our corporate careers, but we quickly realized that trading time for money was not going to allow us to maximize our time, talent, and abilities in the short time on Earth God has given us. What began as a way to create some extra income years ago has turned into a life calling to pay it forward and impact others the same way we’ve had mentors pour into us over the years.

Our main focus now is on paying it forward and empowering young professionals who have worked hard to establish a life for themselves but are stuck on how to take their lives to the next level as aspiring entrepreneurs. As a couple who were personally coached & mentored by multi-millionaires, our passion now is paying it forward, working with 1-2 individuals or couples a year in a selective and strategic partnership & mentoring capacity to teach people how to build and scale their own companies in an increasingly unaffordable world. Through our system, we’ve aided in helping others directly or indirectly develop professional incomes outside their corporate careers. And, through personal coaching & mentoring, we’ve helped others pay off millions of dollars of consumer debt cumulatively through healthier budgeting & decision-making skills, in addition to helping others learn how to grow healthy relationships and develop business skillsets.

Due to the nature of how we work with people, we don’t monetize our time like a typical life coach or financial advisor; this is very strategic on our end in order to maintain our freedom of time to invest into whomever we choose in a more selective manner. In lieu of protecting our time, we don’t advertise our services and typically operate on a private referral basis in order to maintain our selectivity and bandwidth.
